1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the final delivered website, we will work with you to address your concerns through revisions and modifications at no additional cost, within the scope of the original project agreement.
Our satisfaction guarantee includes:
- Up to three rounds of revisions included in all packages
- Technical fixes and bug resolutions for 30 days post-launch
- Responsive design testing across all specified devices
- Performance optimization to meet agreed-upon standards
2. Refund Eligibility
As website development is a professional service customized to each client's specific needs, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Before Project Commencement
- Full Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the service agreement and before any work has begun
- Deposit Refund: Initial deposits may be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee if cancelled within 7 days of signing
During Project Development
- Partial Refund: Refunds are calculated based on percentage of work completed and milestones delivered
- Non-Refundable Work: Completed milestones, delivered assets, and approved designs are non-refundable
- Time-Based Calculation: If percentage of completion is unclear, refund amount is calculated based on hours worked versus total estimated hours
After Project Completion
Once a website has been delivered, approved, and launched, no refunds will be issued. However, we will address any technical issues or bugs discovered within 30 days of launch at no additional charge.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party services and licenses purchased on your behalf (hosting, domains, premium plugins, stock images)
- Completed and approved project phases or milestones
- Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
- Time spent on revisions beyond the included revision rounds
- Projects cancelled due to client non-responsiveness or failure to provide required materials
- Dissatisfaction with approved designs or features that were previously accepted
- Changes in business direction or strategy after project commencement
4. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project under the following conditions:
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun:
- Provide written cancellation notice via email
- Payment will be required for all work completed to date
- You will receive all work completed up to the cancellation point
- Refund of remaining balance (if any) will be processed within 14 business days
Service Provider Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project if:
- Client fails to respond to communications for more than 14 days
- Client fails to provide necessary materials or information after multiple requests
- Payment terms are not met according to the service agreement
- Project scope changes significantly from the original agreement
In such cases, you will be charged only for work completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your project details, reason for refund request, and supporting documentation
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Our dispute resolution process includes:
- Initial discussion with your project manager to understand concerns
- Review of project deliverables against original specifications
- Proposal of remediation steps or revisions
- Escalation to senior management if necessary
- Mediation or alternative dispute resolution if mutual agreement cannot be reached
7. Scope Changes and Additional Work
Changes to project scope after work has commenced may affect pricing and timelines:
- Minor Changes: Small adjustments within the original scope are included
- Significant Changes: Major scope increases will require a revised quote and timeline
- Additional Features: New features not in the original agreement will be quoted separately
- Reduced Scope: Removing agreed-upon features may result in partial refunds at our discretion
8. Post-Launch Support
All packages include 30 days of post-launch support covering:
- Bug fixes and technical issues
- Browser compatibility problems
- Responsive design issues
- Performance optimization
- Content updates (limited to agreed-upon revisions)
